Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering (backend, API, or full-stack).
- Proficient in Python, Java, or C#.
- Experienced with REST APIs (FastAPI, AWS Lambda) and OpenAPI specifications.
- Skilled in data pipeline orchestration (dbt, Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, Iceberg).
- Knowledgeable in federal compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53, HIPAA, FISMA High).
Responsibilities
- Develop secure APIs and cloud-native services for DHA systems.
- Build and maintain data pipelines to normalize structured and unstructured data.
- Integrate healthcare data into FHIR and OMOP standards for analytics and decision support.
- Collaborate with DevSecOps engineers to deploy applications in secure, high-compliance cloud environments.
- Ensure software is scalable, compliant, and maintainable while enabling rapid delivery.
