Requirements
- Experience providing a high level of customer service, preferably in a technology environment or call center.
- Demonstrated experience multi-tasking across multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency with both Microsoft and Mac platforms.
- Experience using a variety of different web browsers.
- Ability to type 40+ WPM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Ability to work a 4x10 schedule (4 shifts per week, 10 hours per shift).
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer support tickets via email, live chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the SkySlope platform to resolve customer issues.
- Troubleshoot technical issues while maintaining strong communication with the customer throughout the process.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the support department and assist team members.
- Identify, test, and escalate website issues to QA as needed.
- Complete file recommendations from the service queue or other assigned tasks during low ticket volume.
