Requirements

  • Experience providing a high level of customer service, preferably in a technology environment or call center.
  • Demonstrated experience multi-tasking across multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with both Microsoft and Mac platforms.
  • Experience using a variety of different web browsers.
  • Ability to type 40+ WPM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work a 4x10 schedule (4 shifts per week, 10 hours per shift).

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve customer support tickets via email, live chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the SkySlope platform to resolve customer issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues while maintaining strong communication with the customer throughout the process.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the support department and assist team members.
  • Identify, test, and escalate website issues to QA as needed.
  • Complete file recommendations from the service queue or other assigned tasks during low ticket volume.
