- Strong track record of originating and managing multi-million-dollar consulting engagements.
- Expertise in shaping enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience leading high-value pursuits within a professional services environment.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Proficiency with Power Platform, data platforms, and AI capabilities.
- Ability to define high-level solution architectures, implementation strategies, and delivery models.
- Experience presenting transformation strategies to executive audiences (CIO, CDO, CRO, C-suite).
- Strong capability in narrative development and executive-level proposal storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end pursuit lifecycle for strategic CE transformation opportunities in partnership with sales leadership.
- Shape and lead complex enterprise pursuits, including opportunity qualification, solution visioning, proposal strategy, and executive presentations.
- Architect enterprise customer engagement solutions leveraging Dynamics 365, Power Platform, data platforms, and AI capabilities.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior business and technology leaders throughout the pursuit process.
- Lead the development of high-quality proposals, executive presentations, and pursuit materials for strategic opportunities.
- Mentor consultants and solution architects involved in pursuit and solution development.
