- Exceptional ability to translate enterprise infrastructure requirements into precise Scopes of Work (SoW).
- Expertise in creating accurate levels of effort and pricing models for services.
- Masterful communication, objection-handling, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of building trust with global sales directors and enterprise clients.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority engagements across different time zones.
- Foundational knowledge of business finance.
- Demonstrated capability in building and automating operational workflows.
- Detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and process management.
Responsibilities
- Architect complex services solutions by evaluating customer requirements to define project scope and level of effort.
- Author high-quality customer Scopes of Work (SoW), RFI/RFP responses, and specialized rate cards.
- Generate accurate services quotes and integrate them into Salesforce (SFDC) for deal closure.
- Align and engage specialty services partners and internal Engagement Management teams to build competitive proposals.
- Maintain operational excellence and pipeline visibility by tracking opportunities within KeyedIn.
- Analyze deal outcomes to refine scoping templates and automate internal workflow processes.
