Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in a Senior or Lead Engineering position.
- Proven experience migrating production Azure environments with minimal downtime.
- Strong experience managing multiple Azure subscriptions and landing zones.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Azure services including Functions, App Services, Event Grid, Event Hub, Blob Storage, Front Door, and Service Fabric.
- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Bicep.
- Expertise in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Experience designing serverless or event-driven architectures.
- Solid understanding of cloud governance, scalability, security, and cost optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead production workload migrations into new Azure subscriptions and resource group structures.
- Design scalable Azure architectures in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Establish Infrastructure as Code standards utilizing Terraform or Bicep.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Define governance across Azure subscriptions, management groups, RBAC, and policies.
- Drive platform observability via Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
- Lead platform incident response and operational improvements.
- Design secure identity strategies using Microsoft Entra ID and networking patterns like Azure Front Door.
- Mentor engineers and act as the technical authority for cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
