Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of customer success experience.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships and influence behavior.
- Strong negotiation and collaboration skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience (preferred).
- Proficiency with Salesforce (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Assign new customers according to specialty and skill set.
- Coach and develop members of the Client Success team.
- Oversee the resolution of customer issues from implementation and post-go-live by collaborating with support and product teams.
- Serve as an escalation point for customers managed by the team.
- Conduct periodic reviews to assess presentation skills for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with sales and support peers to ensure adherence to customer journey best practices.
- Provide dashboard metrics to leadership on client success scorecard objectives.
- Maintain the slotting calendar to ensure balanced capacity.
- Manage onboarding, interviewing, hiring, and performance management for the team.
