  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Assign new customers according to specialty and skill set.
  • Coach and develop members of the Client Success team.
  • Oversee the resolution of customer issues from implementation and post-go-live by collaborating with support and product teams.
  • Serve as an escalation point for customers managed by the team.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to assess presentation skills for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with sales and support peers to ensure adherence to customer journey best practices.
  • Provide dashboard metrics to leadership on client success scorecard objectives.
  • Maintain the slotting calendar to ensure balanced capacity.
  • Manage onboarding, interviewing, hiring, and performance management for the team.
