Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or as a Revenue Architect.
  • Expertise in HubSpot, including custom object design and data relationship management.
  • Ability to analyze pipelines and forecasts to inform leadership.
  • Proficiency in capacity planning and quota setting strategy.
  • Experience leading change, including training teams on new tools and processes.
  • Strong technical skills in automation and process improvement.
  • Fluent in English (applications must be submitted in English).

Responsibilities

  • Map, design, and improve scalable workflows across the entire revenue funnel (Marketing, Sales, and CS).
  • Lead complex initiatives from initial ambiguous problems to final implementation.
  • Establish automated data quality measures and health-check reporting within the CRM.
  • Evaluate and optimize the tool ecosystem (e.g., HubSpot, Fathom) to ensure clear ROI.
  • Build and maintain internal documentation for business scalability.
  • Contribute to the RevOps roadmap, manage end-to-end projects, and execute high-impact strategy.
  • Act as the primary contact for RevOps support and implement root-cause fixes for recurring issues.
