Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing technology, web analytics, or marketing data and attribution.
  • Strong SQL proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
  • Hands-on expertise with tag management systems including GTM and server-side GTM.
  • Proven experience building multi-touch attribution models within a real funnel.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Technical understanding of GDPR, consent management, and cookie tracking governance.
  • Proven background in B2B SaaS or a similar data-driven environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing HubSpot as a marketing platform and data source.
  • Knowledge of data layer configuration and conversion pixel implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Build multi-touch attribution end to end, including model selection and implementation.
  • Maintain the tracking layer, including GTM, server-side tagging, data layer, and event taxonomy.
  • Set up GA4 and build marketing analytics stacks, including writing SQL reports.
  • Create marketing dashboards tracking CAC, ROAS, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
  • Manage technical GDPR and consent governance across marketing systems.
  • Maintain the MarTech stack, including HubSpot integrations and data flow management.
  • Scale tracking and data models across international markets.
  • Utilize automation tools like n8n to streamline analytics work.
