Requirements

- Advanced SQL proficiency for daily data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with experience transforming complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience designing and implementing CRM processes, workflows, and integrations.
- Proven ability to build and improve end-to-end operational processes.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience managing stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify strategic opportunities, define priorities, and drive execution for key operational areas.
- Perform advanced data analysis and SQL reporting to evaluate performance and inform decision-making.
- Develop and execute growth strategies for product lines to improve offerings and increase customer engagement.
- Define, track, and communicate operational OKRs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of products, features, and internal business processes.
- Lead cross-functional projects to scale operations and optimize workflows.
- Develop go-to-market programs, including vendor management and operational support.
- Present strategic recommendations and project outcomes to leadership.
