Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects or programs, preferably in middleware or integration projects.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
- Extensive experience in software system design, architecture, and integration.
- Practical knowledge in software deployment, tuning, and performance optimization.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strategic, results-oriented mindset.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of modern software development cycles and DevOps practices.
- Good command of Polish and communicative English.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution, from planning to successful delivery, ensuring seamless middleware migration and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, milestones, and success criteria aligned with strategic business goals.
- Decompose complex technical tasks, delegating effectively to ensure project efficiency and quality.
- Manage and coordinate project teams in an agile, results-driven environment.
- Monitor project progress, proactively addressing risks and resolving issues as they arise.
- Ensure adherence to project methodologies, industry standards, and best practices.
- Communicate project status, technical insights, and risks clearly and confidently to stakeholders.
