Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a college student, having completed at least two years of coursework and entering junior or senior year.
  • Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, Recruiting, People Operations, Business Administration, or Sports Management.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information securely.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows with clear status tracking.
  • Strong written communication skills and consistent follow-through with candidates and internal partners.
  • Comfort and proficiency in learning new software systems quickly.
  • Previous experience in an internship, part-time work, campus leadership, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to ATS or HRIS platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end job postings, including creation, monitoring, and closing in coordination with League Operations.
  • Support candidate flow administration, interview scheduling, and feedback collection.
  • Assist with creating and sending offer letters and processing onboarding packets.
  • Initiate, track, and follow up on background checks and missing onboarding items.
  • Execute I-9 verification workflows and track new hire training completion in Rippling.
  • Process employee changes in HRIS, including rehires, pay rate updates, and supervisor assignments.
  • Assist seasonal staff with Rippling platform troubleshooting and personal information updates.
  • Conduct phone screens for Game Day Representatives and support pipeline nurturing.
