Requirements
- Prior experience in clinical settings, healthcare administration, or public health research.
- Baseline understanding of quality improvement (QI) methodologies.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in JIRA.
- Proficiency in Zendesk.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset to synthesize complex clinical information.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple project streams.
- Understanding of the women's health landscape and care pathways.
- Available for a 3-month internship, August through November, at 10-15 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Lead an end-to-end overhaul of the provider resource library, including auditing assets and refreshing clinical training content.
- Develop an operations playbook for FY engagement sessions by documenting stakeholder roles and creating templates.
- Triage incoming JIRA and Zendesk tickets to support clinical quality workflows.
- Assist with monthly report preparation and quality assurance checks.
- Track meeting action items and help coordinate quarterly planning.
