Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
  • Exposure to SaaS, CPaaS, martech, or AI/automation products.
  • Experience selling a multi-product or platform-plus-add-on portfolio.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Experience with bundled or usage-based pricing models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new tools.
  • Familiarity with AI agents, chatbots, or conversational automation.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients as their primary contact and trusted advisor.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to integrate Astra's AI capabilities into existing Wati usage.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and proactively pitch, demo, and close combined-solution deals.
  • Translate complex AI agent capabilities into clear business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Negotiate multi-product contracts and usage-based pricing agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics such as NDR, activation, and AI agent adoption.
  • Collaborate with CSM, product, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach.
