Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of project management experience in a Medical Communications agency.
- Strong understanding of project financial management, including budget development and reconciliation.
- Experience in timeline and schedule development.
- Proficiency in project management tools and traffic management.
- Ability to lead client-facing status calls and serve as the primary project point of contact.
- Experience working across Publications & Med Affairs deliverables is highly advantageous.
- Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with Client Service and Editorial leads.
- Proactive problem-solving skills to resolve process challenges.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects from a project management and financial perspective.
- Ensure both external and internal stakeholders are updated on project progress and flag concerns in a timely manner.
- Drive timelines and serve as the internal information hub for the account.
- Manage project finances to achieve KPIs and discuss corrective actions with clients and internal teams.
- Identify and generate opportunities with existing and new accounts.
- Develop budgets, maintain PM tools, and handle invoicing and traffic management.
- Lead internal and client status calls.
- Mentor and guide team members on best practices.
