Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in support or full stack engineering with a focus on observability and cloud technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience in software development with .NET and React or Vue.js.
- Proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex issues in distributed systems.
- Experience utilizing observability platforms for metrics, logs, and tracing in microservice architectures.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of customer issues.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building customer rapport and cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to context switch and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-first mindset with an empathetic and solutions-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Triage and troubleshoot support issues, escalating to project or product engineering teams when necessary.
- Analyze system behavior using observability tools like logs, metrics, and tracing to diagnose incident root causes.
- Debug application code in .NET or NodeJS and contribute code-level fixes.
- Configure enterprise monitoring solutions and conduct post-incident reviews to implement preventive measures.
- Automate support processes, develop runbooks, and maintain support tools.
- Participate in infrastructure capacity planning, demand forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Define and drive KPIs such as CSAT, NPS, and resolution time.
