Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B environments in Sales, Account Management, Service Delivery, or Growth roles (ideally in tech).
  • Fluent English (C1–C2, both written and spoken).
  • Strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and AI-driven tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to listen actively and convey ideas clearly.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Emotional intelligence, resilience, and confidence in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and draft contracts through to closing deals.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize sales workflows.
  • Research industry trends and identify potential markets for new business opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and manage the pipeline of inbound and outbound leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to develop relevant solutions.
  • Track and report on personal KPIs in a consistent, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement new business approaches and ideas.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for service or product improvements.
