Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B environments in Sales, Account Management, Service Delivery, or Growth roles (ideally in tech).
- Fluent English (C1–C2, both written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and AI-driven tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to listen actively and convey ideas clearly.
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Emotional intelligence, resilience, and confidence in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Continuous improvement mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and draft contracts through to closing deals.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize sales workflows.
- Research industry trends and identify potential markets for new business opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and manage the pipeline of inbound and outbound leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to develop relevant solutions.
- Track and report on personal KPIs in a consistent, accurate, and timely manner.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement new business approaches and ideas.
- Gather and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for service or product improvements.
