- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools.
- Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours.
- Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted businesses.
- Identify and engage with purchasing departments and key decision-makers.
- Generate, qualify, and develop new leads.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to advance opportunities.
- Provide daily reports on activities, progress, and results.
- Focus on lead generation and setting opportunities.
- Research target businesses in assigned markets.
- Update and manage leads in the CRM.
