Requirements

  • Confidence in conducting sales calls and engaging prospects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools.
  • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours.
  • Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted businesses.
  • Identify and engage with purchasing departments and key decision-makers.
  • Generate, qualify, and develop new leads.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to advance opportunities.
  • Provide daily reports on activities, progress, and results.
  • Focus on lead generation and setting opportunities.
  • Research target businesses in assigned markets.
  • Update and manage leads in the CRM.
