Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 7 years of related experience in the payment processing industry.
- 5 years of related experience in business or system analysis.
- 3 years of client-facing project support experience.
- Experience completing card processing conversions requiring data migration between platforms.
- Thorough understanding of payment card products, support services, and processes.
- Training in Six Sigma Methodology and project management certification preferred.
- Experience with Optis Credit platform processing strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead client consultation on business and technical requirements for complex financial projects.
- Conduct Gap Analysis to define system set-up requirements.
- Facilitate communication between technical groups at client and vendor locations.
- Map technical files between systems and validate system parameters.
- Execute project plans, ensuring technical tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide technical support during design, development, and implementation phases.
- Offer extended-hour post-implementation and after-hours on-call support.
- Mentor less-tenured analysts and assist in developing new product requirement templates.
