Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7 years of related experience in the payment processing industry.
  • 5 years of related experience in business or system analysis.
  • 3 years of client-facing project support experience.
  • Experience completing card processing conversions requiring data migration between platforms.
  • Thorough understanding of payment card products, support services, and processes.
  • Training in Six Sigma Methodology and project management certification preferred.
  • Experience with Optis Credit platform processing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client consultation on business and technical requirements for complex financial projects.
  • Conduct Gap Analysis to define system set-up requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between technical groups at client and vendor locations.
  • Map technical files between systems and validate system parameters.
  • Execute project plans, ensuring technical tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide technical support during design, development, and implementation phases.
  • Offer extended-hour post-implementation and after-hours on-call support.
  • Mentor less-tenured analysts and assist in developing new product requirement templates.
