Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in consulting, delivery management, project management, or related roles.
- 5–7 years of experience applying Agile and other delivery methodologies in complex environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong delivery standards.
- Strong experience with delivery governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor project managers, develop teams, and improve organizational delivery capabilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, executives, and clients.
- Experience working in enterprise delivery environments with complex stakeholder structures.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or related delivery credentials preferred.
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management platforms is preferred.
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities, managing delivery financials, budgets, forecasts, or margins is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery execution across multiple concurrent projects and workstreams, ensuring predictable outcomes, consistent reporting, and effective risk management.
- Establish delivery governance practices, manage dependencies, and proactively address escalations to keep initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Mentor Lead Project Managers and delivery teams by providing guidance, feedback, and support to strengthen delivery capabilities.
- Promote servant leadership principles and help create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.
- Define and improve delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices across the delivery organization.
- Evaluate and apply appropriate project delivery approaches, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, based on engagement needs.
- Drive process improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and maturity across multiple teams and client engagements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing strategic guidance, aligning stakeholders, and helping resolve complex delivery challenges.
- Advocate for client needs internally while collaborating with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Support pre-sales activities through project scoping, estimation, delivery planning, and engagement readiness.
