Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
- 1–3 years of experience supporting project management activities.
- Advanced knowledge of business analysis techniques and reporting methodologies.
- Experience working with data visualization, reporting, and automation tools.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with platforms such as SQL Server and Snowflake.
- Experience using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on identifying solutions and improving processes.
- Excellent communication, listening, and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in complex data environments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement customized reporting solutions based on business and client needs.
- Build automated and self-service reporting tools that improve access to accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with data, software, technical account management, and operations teams to define requirements and resolve reporting challenges.
- Manage project activities by providing estimates, timelines, planning development tasks, and tracking progress.
- Monitor reporting systems, identify data issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and enhance workflows, dashboards, and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Understand data structures, transformations, and relationships to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Support change management activities, including documentation, user training, and go-live support.
