Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS product management.
- 3+ years experience at enterprise customer scale, including multi-country deployments and programme governance.
- Direct experience as the product person on enterprise customer relationships or multi-market programmes.
- Track record of holding the line on a global product standard under enterprise pressure.
- Executive-credible and comfortable chairing meetings with C-level stakeholders and general managers.
- Full lifecycle product management: discovery, prioritisation, outcome-based roadmapping, and agile delivery.
- Strong writing skills for roadmaps, standards documents, and executive-facing briefs.
- Data-driven and analytical approach to decision-making.
- Experience working with international customers across cultures and time zones.
- AI-fluency with experience bringing AI features to market and using modern AI tooling.
- Relevant degree: MSc, BSc, or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the product relationship across EMEA, covering enterprise customer engagements and regional markets.
- Act as the product voice in joint Centres of Excellence and wave-based rollout governance.
- Translate wave-level commitments into quarterly product outcomes for engineering execution.
- Shape regional requirements for configuration, localisation, reimbursement, and billing.
- Protect the platform from fragmentation by weighing enterprise-specific decisions against global standards.
- Co-own and lead the execution of the global vs local product standard (70/30 principle).
- Establish and run tactical and strategic customer advisory boards for enterprise scope.
- Partner with Product Owners to specify solutions and maintain a healthy backlog.
- Contribute to product demonstrations and sales enablement content.
