Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Maintain real-time awareness of operational status, risks, and dependencies.
- Act as the primary escalation point to resolve complex issues during overnight operations.
- Manage and adjust resource allocation and prioritize work dynamically to prevent bottlenecks.
- Enforce adherence to operational playbooks and conduct quality checks.
- Lead response efforts for operational disruptions and assess risk in real time.
