Requirements

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and provide product or service information.
- Determine customer requirements and fulfill requests.
- Identify and pursue up-selling opportunities for parts and services.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Research information using available internal resources.
- Process transactions and complete orders.
- Route calls to appropriate departments or resources when necessary.
- Document call information accurately in call logs per standard procedures.
