Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and provide product or service information.
  • Determine customer requirements and fulfill requests.
  • Identify and pursue up-selling opportunities for parts and services.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Research information using available internal resources.
  • Process transactions and complete orders.
  • Route calls to appropriate departments or resources when necessary.
  • Document call information accurately in call logs per standard procedures.
