Requirements
- Proven experience in dental marketing, dental practice marketing, or a dental agency/DSO environment.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of how marketing drives new patient acquisition and practice production.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts in the dental or healthcare marketing space.
- Deep knowledge of the dental patient journey from ad click to treatment acceptance.
- Fluency in dental terminology, service lines, and day-to-day practice operations.
- Understanding of key dental practice metrics: cost per new patient, show rate, case acceptance, production per visit, and patient lifetime value.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Highly organized and proactive in managing multiple client accounts and deliverables.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, campaign platforms, analytics, and dental-specific systems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for dental clients including doctors, office managers, and treatment coordinators.
- Lead monthly performance reviews covering campaign results, lead flow, cost per new patient, and call handling.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing ROI through service-line targeting and funnel optimization.
- Translate dental marketing expertise into actionable strategies to grow practice production.
- Collaborate with creative and advertising teams to ensure campaign quality.
- Coach practices on lead follow-up, call scripts, and scheduling workflows.
- Manage an average portfolio of 30–40 dental clients across various practice types.
