Requirements
- Substantial experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Proven experience building and shipping features powered by LLMs (not just prototypes).
- Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, prompt engineering, and agentic/tool-calling patterns.
- Ability to evaluate AI feature reliability, including verification and guardrails.
- Fluency with AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
- Strong full-stack capability with an emphasis on front-end craft.
- Experience taking full ownership of the development lifecycle, including monitoring, alerting, and logging.
- Strong written communication skills for a fully remote environment.
- Ability to work effectively in small, project-based team compositions.
Responsibilities
- Ship customer-facing features across the full stack, prioritizing smooth and reliable user experiences.
- Design and build intelligence features from zero-to-one based on loosely defined specifications.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teammates to evaluate outcomes and iterate on solutions.
- Maintain high standards for front-end craft, including accessibility, responsiveness, and loading states.
- Stay customer-fluent by participating in support escalations, watching session recordings, and joining customer calls.
- Define and instrument success metrics for features and monitor dashboards post-launch to ensure impact.
- Manage production readiness, including automation, monitoring, logging, and incident response.
- Integrate AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code into daily development workflows.
