Requirements
- Substantial experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Proven experience building real applications with LLMs, including RAG, embeddings, and agentic patterns.
- Strong front-end craft with attention to accessibility, streaming states, and responsiveness.
- Ability to own the full development lifecycle including monitoring, alerting, and production maintenance.
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and prompt/context engineering.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in remote collaboration.
- Genuinely fluent with modern AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
- Ability to measure outcomes and iterate based on customer feedback and performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to operate across different team compositions in a project-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Ship customer-facing features across the full stack with a focus on responsive, accessible user interfaces.
- Design and build intelligence features from zero-to-one based on loosely defined specs.
- Stay close to customers by joining calls, participating in support escalations, and reviewing session recordings.
- Own project outcomes by defining success metrics, instrumenting features, and iterating based on data.
- Ensure production readiness including automation, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Use AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code daily to improve development velocity and quality.
- Partner with the Talent team to interview and hire future teammates.
