Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Customer Engineering, or solutions architecture.
- Deep hands-on experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Proven experience managing strategic Enterprise accounts with executive-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems involving multiple variables and tradeoffs.
- Experience connecting technical execution to business outcomes such as ROI and value realization.
- Hands-on use of AI tools for account research, content creation, or workflow automation.
- Experience mentoring or coaching more junior technical team members.
- Experience with Pendo, digital adoption platforms, or product analytics (nice-to-have).
- Hands-on experience with mobile app development (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with data architecture or machine learning concepts (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Directors on pre-sales motions, product expansion, and technical evaluations.
- Lead onboarding for strategic customers, including planning, implementation, and training.
- Diagnose adoption stalls, design paths forward, and connect technical execution to business outcomes.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical challenges and resolve ambiguous customer issues.
- Build playbooks, document repeatable fixes, and coach peers to improve team capabilities.
- Assess account health, establish stakeholder trust, and lead complex customer interactions.
