Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with success shipping user-facing products.
- Deep proficiency in TypeScript, Vue, and modern UI libraries.
- Ability to go from idea to polished implementation with strong UX intuition.
- Track record of shipping in high-ambiguity, early-stage environments without a dedicated PM.
- Knowledge of the orchestration, workflow, or developer-tools space (e.g., Temporal, Airflow, Langsmith, n8n).
- Genuine interest in agents and AI/LLM tooling.
- Fluency with AI development tools like Claude Code or Codex.
- Ability to work comfortably across the full stack.
Responsibilities
- Shape and ship the agentic-workflow product surface in Prefect Cloud.
- Own user-facing features end-to-end with a focus on front-end development.
- Serve as a thought partner to the Prefect Cloud engineering team on product and UX direction.
- Partner with customers and GTM teams to translate feedback into software through fast feedback loops.
- Write maintainable, performant full-stack code.
- Participate in on-call and incident response.
