- Experience with complex, $100K+ ACV expansion opportunities.
- Skilled in navigating enterprise procurement, legal, security, and compliance processes.
- Deep expertise in account mapping and multi-threading across complex buying committees.
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite decision makers through business storytelling.
- Experience working with digital infrastructure industries such as telecommunications, utilities, or renewable energy.
- Ability to design innovative multi-year or consumption-based commercial agreements.
- Strong collaborative skills for cross-functional orchestration.
- Proficiency in developing executive-ready business cases and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, exceeding $1M in ARR.
- Develop and execute long-term, comprehensive account strategies.
- Navigate complex global organizations to build relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Lead sophisticated commercial conversations from discovery through contract execution.
- Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to drive product adoption and business value.
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- Orchestrate internal resources to remove customer roadblocks and resolve high-pressure situations.
