  • Deep expertise in account mapping and multi-threading across complex buying committees.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite decision makers through business storytelling.
  • Experience working with digital infrastructure industries such as telecommunications, utilities, or renewable energy.
  • Ability to design innovative multi-year or consumption-based commercial agreements.
  • Strong collaborative skills for cross-functional orchestration.
  • Proficiency in developing executive-ready business cases and presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, exceeding $1M in ARR.
  • Develop and execute long-term, comprehensive account strategies.
  • Navigate complex global organizations to build relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Lead sophisticated commercial conversations from discovery through contract execution.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to drive product adoption and business value.
  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline visibility.
  • Orchestrate internal resources to remove customer roadblocks and resolve high-pressure situations.
