Requirements
- Proven experience working with and delivering programs for large, complex Enterprise clients.
- Demonstrable experience in a senior customer-facing role such as technical consulting, cloud professional services, or program management.
- Track record of managing technical implementations, IT transformation programs, or similar initiatives from inception to completion.
- Strong command of program governance, framework design, and practice leadership.
- Expertise in project management methodologies.
- Experience mentoring others in process, organization, and change management.
- Ability to define and implement measurement systems to track project health, adoption, and performance.
- Ability to drive corrective actions when necessary.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a rigorous and analytical approach to enterprise-level projects.
- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing junior Project Managers or Delivery Leads.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the successful delivery of complex enterprise engagements for Google Cloud services.
- Act as the critical link between client executives and internal technical teams.
- Scope, plan, and execute delivery roadmaps across data platforms, containerized environments, and AI-driven architectures.
- Define and implement measurement systems to track project health, adoption, and performance.
- Drive corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Mentor and develop junior Project Managers or Delivery Leads.
