Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, including significant experience in information security, IAM, security operations, security architecture, or governance.
- 10+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technology programs or projects.
- Proven experience supporting auditors, audit inquiries, compliance activities, and regulatory reporting.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles, security controls, and governance frameworks.
- Experience managing IAM projects and leading security transformation initiatives.
- Solid program management skills with experience managing risks, timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience developing program metrics, reporting dashboards, and performance analysis.
- Knowledge of financial industry security requirements and regulatory standards such as SOX IT-404, PCI, NIST, and FFIEC is preferred.
- Understanding of password security best practices, secure storage systems, databases, and key management systems is desirable.
- Program management certification such as PMP is preferred.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support strategic Identity and Access Management programs, coordinating initiatives across security, technology, and business teams.
- Manage the successful delivery of large-scale IAM projects by aligning resources, timelines, priorities, and business objectives.
- Drive program governance through effective tracking of risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and resolution plans.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, communication plans, status updates, and audit-ready records.
- Partner with key stakeholders to gather requirements, address challenges, and facilitate decisions impacting IAM implementations.
- Establish program metrics and reporting frameworks to measure progress, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate outcomes to leadership.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports highlighting program health, risks, achievements, and strategic recommendations.
- Support regulatory initiatives, audit activities, and compliance requirements related to identity and access management.
- Drive continuous improvement across IAM processes, governance practices, and operational capabilities.
