Requirements
- 8+ years of professional sales experience, including at least 5 years selling cybersecurity products within enterprise, SMB, or mid-market environments.
- Proven track record of acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts, particularly within organizations ranging from 100 to 1,000 seats.
- Strong experience managing a defined territory, building pipelines, and achieving sales targets in competitive markets.
- Hands-on experience using sales qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC to improve opportunity management, forecasting accuracy, and complex deal execution.
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships with customers and executive stakeholders.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage opportunities, reporting, and sales activities.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, product, engineering, and customer success teams.
- Experience with both direct sales and partner-driven sales models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and adapt strategies based on market feedback.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity trends, customer challenges, and technology solutions is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline across SMB and Mid-Market customer accounts within the assigned territory.
- Identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities while maintaining accurate forecasting and meeting revenue targets.
- Own the complete sales cycle, including territory planning, demand generation, discovery, solution alignment, commercial negotiations, closing, and account expansion.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, and security leaders.
- Drive customer acquisition and account growth through effective prospecting, relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
- Collaborate with channel partners, resellers, and ecosystem stakeholders to generate new opportunities and expand market reach.
- Work closely with sales engineering, marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure successful customer engagement and adoption.
- Represent the organization at industry events, customer meetings, and strategic forums to strengthen market presence.
