Requirements
- 6+ years of program management experience delivering large, cross-functional Enterprise Technology & AI programs
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex processes and build structured approaches to ambiguous problems
- Experience influencing without authority and earning trust with senior stakeholders
- Ability to drive alignment across functions including Finance, Legal, Sales, and Product
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Familiarity with Enterprise IT domains such as business systems, data, AI, security, infrastructure, or enterprise architecture
- Proficiency with program and project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar)
- Experience working in a remote, globally distributed environment with a bias toward async collaboration
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program management for large-scale or high-complexity Enterprise Technology & AI initiatives, including scope definition, roadmap development, resource planning, and delivery tracking
- Define and communicate clear success metrics for each program, reporting status and risk to Enterprise Technology & AI leadership
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of underlying problems, desired outcomes, and solution trade-offs
- Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating decision-making, resolving dependencies, and maintaining momentum across distributed teams
- Recommend and implement improvements to program governance frameworks, intake processes, and ways of working across the CIO organization
- Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear, actionable work plans for technical and non-technical audiences
- Anticipate risks and interdependencies, proactively mitigating blockers before they impact delivery
