Job Details

10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, preferably in SaaS, Cloud, or Identity & Access Management (IAM).
Deep-seated expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects to completion.
Exceptional ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders and translate business priorities for engineering.
Master-level proficiency with Jira and Confluence for roadmapping and documentation.
Fluent in Google Workspace for collaborative productivity.
Experience utilizing generative AI utilities to optimize workflows and analyze program metrics.
Strong technical background (e.g., former engineer, architect, or technical lead) is a plus.
Domain experience in Cybersecurity, IAM, or Directory Services is a plus.
Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, or CSP are a plus.

Own the execution of complex, multi-team technical programs by managing portfolio roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
Act as the operational backbone for engineering teams by managing Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and Kanban workflows.
Refine and scale SDLC/PDLC processes to ensure predictable, secure, and high-quality software delivery.
Communicate horizontally across engineering, product, and UX teams while providing data-driven updates to executive leadership.
Drive accountability and resolve blockers to ensure deliverables reach absolute closure.
Facilitate quarterly planning cycles to align engineering bandwidth with corporate milestones.
Leverage generative AI tools to automate tasks, optimize analysis, and streamline communication.
