Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in healthcare RCM consulting, product management, healthcare RCM technology implementation, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational processes into structured technology requirements.
- Experience working in or closely with agile engineering teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional engagement.
- Ability to work independently with general oversight in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, specifically back-end insurance billing and follow-up processes.
- Hands-on experience with Aha or similar product management/roadmap tools.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or comparable agile project management platforms.
- Working knowledge of SQL with ability to write basic queries.
- Experience deploying rules-based automation, AI, or LLM-powered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Translate operational needs into technology requirements.
- Lead discovery sessions with operations teams to define solution goals and document requirements for engineering teams.
- Shepherd solutions through the full development lifecycle from build to deployment.
- Maintain alignment with engineering on priorities, coordinate testing, and capture operational feedback.
- Manage roadmap accuracy, feature documentation, and KPIs to keep stakeholders aligned.
- Coordinate and delegate work across a distributed global product team to maintain delivery timelines.
