Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in program management, operations excellence, supply chain management, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and geographic locations.
  • Proven expertise in digital transformation, supply chain management, manufacturing operations, or engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Lean principles, continuous improvement methodologies, Kaizen, value stream mapping, standard work, and waste reduction practices.
  • Experience driving organizational change and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory data, operational metrics, financial impacts, and performance trends.
  • Digital fluency with experience using tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, analytics platforms, or workflow management solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and deliver measurable results.
  • PMP, PGMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or CSCP certifications are preferred.
  • Experience in energy, oil and gas, rotating equipment, or heavy manufacturing industries is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end inventory reuse program roadmap, defining annual objectives related to reuse value, reserve savings, sustainability impact, and adoption metrics.
  • Lead the expansion of the reuse initiative into new product lines, warehouses, and operational areas.
  • Develop and present regular program reviews, dashboards, and performance updates to senior leadership.
  • Act as the central connector between engineering, supply chain, procurement, finance, logistics, manufacturing, and digital teams.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement through governance meetings, workshops, awareness sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support adoption and enhancement of digital inventory management platforms.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including reuse value, reserve savings, workflow adoption, rejection trends, cycle times, and sustainability metrics.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and mentor program team members.
  • Promote a Lean culture by encouraging reuse-first thinking, waste reduction, and continuous improvement.
