Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, inventory management, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets, inventory databases, BOM structures, and financial information.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain workflows.
- Proficiency with digital productivity tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and workflow management platforms.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different regions.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of outcomes.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Experience in warehouse operations, material planning, BOM/product configuration, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Exposure to energy, oil & gas, rotating equipment, or heavy engineering industries is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or similar platforms is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Lean principles, continuous improvement, and waste reduction methodologies is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as a dedicated inventory management focal point for assigned product teams.
- Conduct regular reviews with product teams to identify opportunities, track progress, and support workflow execution.
- Analyze inventory items, evaluate reuse feasibility, and guide stakeholders through required processes.
- Perform data preprocessing by gathering and consolidating information for inventory decisions.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for inventory reuse challenges and technical process issues.
- Collaborate with digital teams for tool troubleshooting, user acceptance testing, and workflow monitoring.
- Monitor end-to-end inventory reuse processes to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
- Track adoption metrics, workflow performance, and reuse value, and prepare dashboards for leadership.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, documentation, and parameter databases to support audit readiness.
