Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of technical experience designing and delivering enterprise-level data solutions.
- 1–2 years of experience leading technical teams or mentoring engineering professionals.
- Strong expertise in SQL development, including complex queries, database optimization, stored procedures, views, and functions.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle databases and familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server or similar relational database technologies.
- Proven experience with Python programming for data engineering, automation, and solution development.
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts, data modeling, and large-scale database management.
- Experience working with data integration processes and optimizing performance for large datasets.
- Experience creating interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver robust data solutions that support business needs and customer requirements.
- Create and optimize complex SQL solutions, including queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
- Develop Python-based solutions and automation workflows to enhance data delivery processes.
- Design and configure integrations with internal and external systems.
- Build custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using multiple data sources.
- Lead and mentor Data Delivery Engineers by providing guidance, training, and support.
- Perform code reviews, peer reviews, unit testing, and defect resolution.
- Coordinate project deliverables, priorities, and resources to ensure successful execution.
- Drive strategic initiatives focused on process improvement, automation, and operational excellence.
