Requirements
- Over 8 years of experience in enterprise-class system architecture, performance, and scalability.
- Strong ability to steer technical vision and drive complex, cross-functional implementations.
- Proficiency in graph theory application for problem-solving.
- Strong algorithmic thinking with hands-on coding capabilities.
- Expertise in troubleshooting, including model verification and impact analysis.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Experience with big data volume processing (100 billion+ records).
- Proficiency in backend coding, preferably in Java.
- Experience with daily AI augmentation tools.
- Proven ability in solution design and documentation.
- Customer-focused, product-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in Polish (C2) and English (C1).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Technical Architects to ensure effective cross-product feature integration.
- Serve as the product consistency gatekeeper through refinement reviews and consultancy.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, including feature development and support.
- Co-create and validate the implementation of the overall product technical vision.
- Collect and analyze platform/system non-functional requirements and user feedback.
- Validate architectural decisions and deployment models through active participation.
- Conduct hardware sizing and performance bottleneck analysis for customer use cases.
- Lead technical feature kickoffs and perform code reviews of critical elements.
- Support sales processes as a technical subject matter expert.
