Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in a similar role
- Experience in recruitment preferred
- Experience of hiring talent in data science, analytics, data engineering, business analysts is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command on Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Pro-active and self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision
- Ability to work in fast-paced, growing company
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving requirements
- Detail oriented, organized, and high-quality work
- Enthusiastic, personable, positive attitude, and high integrity
Responsibilities
- Manage coordination for and within the US and LATAM recruitment team
- Work closely with the recruiters, hiring managers and vendors on various positions in analytics
- Support the recruiting team track the candidates progress through the pipeline
- Source and screen profiles, creating and maintaining the pipeline
- Support the lead recruiter in adhoc tasks
- Maintain ATS system, collect feedback and calibrate the process
- Engage and attract talent from senior consultants to leadership positions
- Coordinate interview planning, offers, and negotiation with pointers from the hiring managers
- Create partnerships with external recruiting firms or contractors for urgent requirements
- Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruitment team
