Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0–1 year of experience in market research or a related field (academic background or internship experience is a plus).
- Interest in healthcare, life sciences, or research-driven industries.
- Excellent English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
- Basic mathematical skills to work with metrics such as response rates, incidence rates, and project costs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive approach with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a changing environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
- Willingness to work according to UK business hours.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project execution, including survey setup, link testing, language requests, quality checks, study deployment, and cost tracking.
- Build, maintain, and monitor sample plans based on project specifications and respondent requirements.
- Coordinate fieldwork activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
- Conduct pretest and pilot interviews to confirm study readiness and identify potential issues.
- Develop and implement alternative fieldwork strategies to improve response rates and optimize project costs.
- Monitor external partners and vendors, providing updates and escalating risks related to timelines, quality, or performance.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts through multiple channels, including email campaigns, phone outreach, online communities, social media, and referral programs.
- Track sampling performance, project costs, and operational metrics to support successful project delivery.
- Assist with project closure activities, including final updates, cost summaries, reconciliation, and invoicing preparation.
- Participate in project meetings, document key discussions, and support communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
