Requirements

Experience hosting, co-hosting, or presenting in live webinars, workshops, or virtual trainings.
Firsthand experience with Kit as a user, affiliate, or similar creator platform.
Comfortable performing live software demos and handling technical glitches.
Confident, dynamic live presentation style with natural, conversational pacing.
Proficiency in managing webinar software end-to-end (slides, polls, Q&A).
Understanding of co-host positioning and webinar dynamics.
Reliable, high-speed internet and professional on-camera setup (lighting, background, audio).
Ability to remain steady and adaptable when faced with unexpected questions or issues.
Availability to work within the 10am to 4pm Eastern Standard Time window.

Responsibilities

Lead live webinars with affiliate co-hosts to onboard new creators.
Manage webinar presentation flow, including slide operation, launching polls, and facilitating live Q&A.
Perform live, unscripted product demos within the Kit platform and Claude.
Collaborate with affiliate co-hosts to ensure a polished, credible presentation for the audience.
Review provided curriculum and slide materials ahead of sessions.
Participate in practice sessions to align on pacing and segment hand-offs.
