  • 8–12+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS, PLG, or hybrid PLG/SLG businesses.
  • Deep understanding of LTV:CAC, CAC payback, and revenue-based performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize mature paid acquisition programs.
  • Experience scaling channels like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Strong proficiency in conversion rate optimization (CRO) across funnels.
  • Expertise in partnering with creative teams for performance-driven messaging.
  • Experience building attribution and decision-making systems.
  • Experience using AI tools for marketing research, production, and insights.
  • Skilled in budget management and prioritization in resource-conscious environments.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize paid acquisition channels to improve LTV:CAC and overall efficiency.
  • Drive qualified inbound sales pipeline through targeted audience and funnel strategies.
  • Develop, test, and iterate paid creative in partnership with design and product marketing.
  • Build measurement and reporting frameworks to connect spend to revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Product, Analytics, and Lifecycle teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Implement AI tools to enhance campaign personalization, production, and reporting.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts with a focus on profitable growth.
