Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of marketing experience with proven success in customer acquisition.
  • Proven experience managing offline acquisition channels (e.g., DRTV, direct mail, print, radio).
  • Demonstrated experience developing and optimizing both B2C and B2B marketing programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into business recommendations.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing investments based on ROI.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, testing methodologies, and funnel optimization.
  • Ability to lead through influence, mentor others, and drive cross-functional outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern communication tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%, including occasional overnight trips.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated offline acquisition strategies driving qualified leads and revenue for B2C and B2B segments.
  • Own channel performance for Direct Response TV (DRTV), Direct Mail, Print, and Radio.
  • Analyze channel performance, cost per call (CPC), cost per order (CPO), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Manage end-to-end execution of offline campaigns from creative development through launch and optimization.
  • Partner with agencies, media partners, Finance, Sales, and Analytics teams to optimize spend and forecast performance.
  • Identify and test new channel opportunities to scale programs and improve marketing efficiency.
