Requirements

  • Completed degree in economics or a comparable course of study/training.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in online marketing and 3 years total professional experience.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong decision-making, negotiation, and assertiveness skills.
  • Client-oriented, structured, and independent working style.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Design and layout sense, with strong copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and reliably under time pressure.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and internal coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Advise, conceive, control, and optimize online marketing channels including SEA, SEO, and affiliate marketing.
  • Manage programmatic advertising, remarketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Oversee media planning, advertising materials, and external service providers.
  • Provide strategic consulting for clients and key accounts.
  • Monitor performance KPIs and budgets, including CPL, CPO, and ROAS optimization.
  • Interpret web analytics and tracking data to identify conversion potentials.
  • Coordinate with company locations and travel occasionally between Hamburg, Stuttgart, and Berlin.
