Job Details

8+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven ability to design and deliver complex systems.
Strong expertise in backend engineering, system design, debugging, and large-scale application development.
Experience working with LLMs in production environments and understanding of deploying AI systems at scale.
Strong programming skills in Python or another object-oriented programming language.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, including services like Lambda and EC2.
Familiarity with asynchronous processing workflows, distributed systems, and cloud-based architectures.
Experience working with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL.
Ability to take full ownership of projects, communicate proactively, and operate effectively with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn quickly, and tackle unresolved challenges.

Design, architect, and implement scalable backend systems that support AI-driven workflows and large-scale data processing.
Own major technical decisions, establish architectural direction, and drive engineering initiatives with significant autonomy.
Build and optimize LLM-based systems capable of processing billions of unstructured data points and extracting actionable insights.
Develop reliable services using modern cloud technologies, asynchronous workflows, and serverless architectures.
Solve complex engineering challenges involving system design, performance optimization, debugging, and scalability.
Partner with teammates to experiment, iterate, and improve solutions through rapid testing and data-driven decision-making.
Drive projects from concept to completion while maintaining high standards for code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
Contribute to engineering culture through knowledge sharing, technical mentorship, and continuous improvement.
