Engineering at Kalepa

Engineers at Kalepa build reliable systems around fragmented, high-value data. You will design services, data models, and pipelines that form an intelligent decision layer. Our platform makes complex insurance decisions transparent and explainable. We primarily use Python for our stack, working with serverless technologies like Lambda and EC2. You will also engage with asynchronous workflows, cloud environments, and PostgreSQL databases. Experience with LLMs/generative AI and distributed systems is a bonus here.
