Requirements
- Strong coding skills and operational experience with software you have built.
- Experience working on SaaS platforms.
- Experience dealing with distributed systems problems (e.g., scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, HA).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly in writing and meetings.
- Experience working across teams and aligning with external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize progress over perfection and handle ambiguity.
- Familiarity with Golang or strong willingness to learn it.
Responsibilities
- Code new features and enhance the operational experience of developed systems.
- Author, contribute to, and review design documents.
- Take an active role in shaping the technical roadmap.
- Mentor and support other team members while collaborating across the organization.
- Participate in weekday (12h x 5d) and weekend (24h x 2d) on-call rotations.
