Requirements
- Strong coding skills and operational experience, including responsibility for operating the software you have built.
- Experience working on a SaaS platform and managing common distributed systems problems such as scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, and high availability.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly in writing and during meetings.
- Willingness and ability to work across teams and align work with external stakeholders.
- Pragmatic approach to problem-solving, prioritizing progress over perfection, and comfort handling ambiguity.
- Proficiency in Golang or strong motivation to learn it.
Responsibilities
- Code new features, enhance the operational experience of developed systems, and iteratively improve them based on production insights.
- Author, contribute to, and review technical design documents.
- Take an active role in shaping the product roadmap.
- Mentor and support team members while collaborating with different squads across the organization.
- Own the experience of customers by participating in weekday 12h x 5d and a separate weekend 24h x 2d on-call rotations.
