Requirements
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) certification.
- Experience within professional, enterprise, collegiate, or high-performance sports environments.
- Knowledge of elite sports nutrition practices, including menu planning, supplementation, travel nutrition, and athlete education.
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience managing customer accounts, implementing solutions, or driving adoption of technology platforms.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Product and Engineering teams.
- Ability to translate complex workflows and customer challenges into practical solutions.
- Experience with sports performance technology platforms or nutrition/performance management systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with strength and conditioning, sports science, or athlete development is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows is valued.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of partner accounts, overseeing the full customer lifecycle from implementation and onboarding to ongoing engagement, support, and growth.
- Lead adoption strategies for nutrition-focused products to ensure organizations integrate solutions into daily workflows.
- Build strong relationships with dietitians, performance directors, medical teams, coaches, and executive stakeholders.
- Establish effective data governance practices, workflow standards, and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to share feedback and influence roadmap improvements.
- Monitor account health to identify risks and opportunities, supporting renewals and expansion.
