Job Details

Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) certification.
Experience within professional, enterprise, collegiate, or high-performance sports environments.
Knowledge of elite sports nutrition practices, including menu planning, supplementation, travel nutrition, and athlete education.
Proven ability to build relationships and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience managing customer accounts, implementing solutions, or driving adoption of technology platforms.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Product and Engineering teams.
Ability to translate complex workflows and customer challenges into practical solutions.
Experience with sports performance technology platforms or nutrition/performance management systems is preferred.
Familiarity with strength and conditioning, sports science, or athlete development is a plus.
Experience using AI tools to improve workflows is valued.

Manage a portfolio of partner accounts, overseeing the full customer lifecycle from implementation and onboarding to ongoing engagement, support, and growth.
Lead adoption strategies for nutrition-focused products to ensure organizations integrate solutions into daily workflows.
Build strong relationships with dietitians, performance directors, medical teams, coaches, and executive stakeholders.
Establish effective data governance practices, workflow standards, and reporting frameworks.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to share feedback and influence roadmap improvements.
Monitor account health to identify risks and opportunities, supporting renewals and expansion.
